OVERVIEW
Client: Impact Hope (4-Star Rated Nonprofit)
Deliverables: 13-Episode Documentary Series (“A Quest for Hope”) & Complete Custom Website Rebuild
Focus: Mission-Driven Storytelling, Digital Transformation, Donor Conversion
THE CHALLENGE
Impact Hope does life-changing work supporting refugee youth in Rwanda, but their digital presence was actively hindering their mission. Their legacy WordPress site, built on an outdated Divi framework, was unstable and error-prone. For a nonprofit, a glitchy website is a breach of trust that directly impacts donations. But beyond the technical failures, there was a deeper need: the world didn’t yet know their story. They needed a compelling, emotionally powerful way to bring their mission to life, one that could move audiences to act. They needed a complete digital transformation that fixed their technical foundation and gave that story a stage worthy of it.
OUR APPROACH
We approached the project as an integrated brand and marketing solution. First, we produced “A Quest for Hope,” a powerful 13-episode documentary series designed to emotionally connect viewers to the cause. Simultaneously, we rebuilt their digital presence from the ground up. We launched a custom, high-performance platform featuring a dedicated streaming-style landing page for the series, with strategic donation CTAs integrated seamlessly throughout the user journey.
